Momofuku Seiōbo at The Star, Pyrmont

David Chang’s Momofuku Seiōbo is his first restaurant outside of New York city. And you have to be quick to get a booking, reservations can be made online only 10 days in advance. There is also a 5-seat bar that serves a limited bar menu on a first come, first serve basis.

Holding three hats, Momofuku Seiōbo serve’s a tasting menu that constantly changes. Currently priced at $185 per person.
