The precinct features a number of interactive installations along with Vivid Sydney inspired food options.

Start off with the ‘Pyrmont Pyro’ – an interactive digital fireworks display at Pyrmont Bay Park where you take charge and create your very own digital fireworks show on the trees surrounding the park.

The Star Letters – the iconic letters will shine even brighter as a playful installation syncs with music and light.

One of the most inventive and exciting attractions is the ‘Mission Control’ – the largest audience operated light show in the world that will activate dozens of high-powered searchlights on top The Star rooftop with music to match.

Vivid Lounge at Sky Terrace, located on The Star’s rooftop, is brought to life by into a vibrant area of light, music, interactive video games and delicious food. You can join the ‘Face Off’ karaoke session were you can showcase your musical talent or “game off” by playing a video game projected onto the side of the Star Event Centre.

Vivid Treats – Don’t just treat your eyes, think of your stomach too. The space also features a series of pop-up eateries offering fare from The Star’s signature restaurants. Try the famous Momofuku Pork Bun, order vegetarian rice paper rolls from Fat Noodle or charcoal grilled teriyaki chicken skewers from Sokyo. For those with a sweet tooth, a must stop is the dessert bar at Vivid Treats. One of the favourites is the delicate French crepes, freshly made with a selection of pistachio chocolate melts, caramel balls, Nutella and more.
