Nestled among the plethora of seafood stores at the Sydney Fish Markets is Vics Meat Market. A gem in a ‘sea’ of food, Vics Meats comes to us from the premium meat purveyors Victor Churchill. Specialising in smoked meats, we were more than happy to order a bunch of goodies to try.
Beef Brisket Sandwich $10
Brisket is amazing! Especially from here. Everything was incredibly soft and flavoursome, from the mouth watering meat to the airey bun.
Pulled Pork Sandwich ($10.00)
What a hot mess, and I mean that in most complementary way. Every bite better than the last with the meaty juices mixing with the crunchy slaw. I genuinely believe I could have eaten 7 of these straight out, and wish I had.
Wagyu Cheese Burger $10
I can has cheeseburger? Nothing about this disappointed me. It was everything a cheeseburger should be. Simple and tasty. No random ingredients to hide behind.
