We enjoyed a lovely evening tasting a wide variety of St Hallett wines introduced to us by the senior winemaker himself, Stuart Blackwell (pictured).

Starting off with the sparkling shiraz, it was definitely my favourite and highly recommended to be matched with a delicious duck dish.

Pizza and wine is a classic but the gourmet roasted pork belly and garlic prawn pizzas stepped it up a notch. Both rich in flavour and definitely enjoyed with a glass of red.
