Three Williams Café and artist Brad Robson have teamed up together to create a sensory feast. Brad’s art is currently hung on the walls of Three Williams’ industrial, cavernous interior.

Back from New York, Robson has taken charge of the café walls and made them his own . He exhibits a series of his most recent and large oil paintings which in their vivacity, echo the movent and liveliness of the café. Somewhat futuristic and geometricized,  they reflect the raw architecture of the stripped back internal space.

Goats Curd and Beetroot Tarts

Aren’t you a little cutie! These bite size little tarts were a flirt of flavours with the creamy slightly sour curd balancing the sweet and earthy tones of the beetroot perfectly.

IMG_1389Brad has also installed experimental colour-changing downlights above each piece, which play off the oil colours and really bring the artworks to life.
