What to eat in 30 degree weather? How about a steaming bowl of pho?
One of my favourite things about eating pho at Pho Ann is that I can make a small dipping dish with whatever I please! An equal ratio of satay, Hoi Sin sauce and lemon is my personal favourite.
Furthermore, the pho arrives with a dish of garnish filled with bean sprouts (with the option of being raw or cooked), lemon and vietnamese basil.
Rare Beef Pho
When preparing pho, the chefs actually place raw beef on the bed of rice noodles and let the boiling hot beef broth cook the beef. This is why it’s important that you start mixing your meat and noodles in when you receive your bowl to ensure that the meat is cooked through! The meat at Pho Ann is extremely soft and tender, working so well with the silky rice noodles. Yum!
