Im a sucker for light tasty food like this. The anchovies were a perfect afternoon snack matching each little rye soldier. The ‘green sauce’ was, as you can expect, herby and complemented the salty, vinegary flavor of the anchovies.
Pittwater & Gold Band Pacific Oysters
Sweet nutty and creamy these plump oysters were quickly devoured. Each of us savouring the distinct seafood taste.

Duck Fat Chips
If you’re simply after a little nosh with your drinks I would definitely recommend the duck fat chips. Amazingly crisp and lightly salted they go really well with an icy cold beer (or 4).
