Bourke Street Bakery was born, or should I say rose (haha, get it) way back in 2004 by chef and baker Paul Allam and David McGuinness. This Sydney institution started off in Surry Hills, however has additional locations in Alexandria, Neutral Bay, Potts Point, North Sydney and Marrickville, and has grown into one of the best bakeries and patisseries in Sydney. Everything you see is made by hand by a team of talented artisans using the best ingredients possible.

Hot Pies and Sausage Rolls ($4.50 – $5.50)
Pie options include – beef pie, chicken pie with sweet potato, pea, & lime pickle or beef brisket, red wine & mushroom pie. Sausage roll options include – eggplant, spinach & chick pea & feta sausage roll, pork & fennel sausage roll or lamb, almond & harrisa sausage roll.
