Cuttlefish Ink Risotto with Grilled Cuttlefish and Fresh Tomato Salsa

A very interesting dish. The rice was perfectly al dente and flavoured with the subtle fishy, salty flavour of the ink. The cuttlefish was tender and meaty, and the freshness of the tomato salsa brought it all together to make a really tasty dish.
