My favourite type of pasta – shell pasta with slow braised veal ragu and tomato sauce
Ventuno is a modern Italian eatery, set right on the water in the historical Walsh Bay area. Offering antipasti, pizza, pasta, fine Italian wines and boutique Italian beers with stunning views over Walsh Bay. Enjoy communal seating or private dining with a choice of an al fresco lunch or dining soaking in the sun.
Ventuno is the brain child of Lido Russo, along with Head Chef Roberto Taffuri and partners John Verano and Vincent Aiello. Ventuno is a must for fine Italian dining.
Antipasta selection: meatballs, calamari, rice balls, fried bocconcini and bread
Combine Italian waiters straight from the motherland speaking in broken English and thick, heavy accents, stunning views of Walsh Bay and a tasty antipasto dish accompanied by your favourite Italian wine.
Strawberry Gelato – how could we resist?
We have been to Ventuno’s three or four times now and have never been disappointed. Ventuno is great for large groups – we recommend the Banquet menu and they have 3-4 different banquet options ranging from $45-$70 per person.
