Ruby Diner is a short walk up from Queens Park in Waverly, on the corner of Tayler Street and Bronte Road. It’s cosy and casual diner, with large windows and doors opening up to the street. The inside is filled with blue graffiti style artwork by Steve Smith, and creates a delightful hipster and trendy atmosphere.

Ruby’s diner is owned by Ed Devlin and Emma Knowles. Emma is the Food and Style Director of Gourmet Traveller, and this diner is named after their child, Ruby. Recently expanded and renovated, Ruby’s is a popular destination during the weekend.

Focusing on quality coffee and gourmet food, Ruby’s uses only the finest ingredients and products including Single Origin Coffee Roasters, Egganic pasture-raised eggs, Sonoma Bakery bread, Iggy’s bagels and loaves, Penny Fours pastries, Pure Pops popsicles, Pic’s Peanut Butter, Sunwarrior Protein and Wellness by Tess raw organic treats.

From Coconut Quinoa Bircher to Raw Breakfast Salad for Breakfast; the famous Ruby’s Organic Beef Burger to barley and pumpkin broth. There is something at Ruby’s for everyone.
