Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour’s very own: Q dining.

A superb and classy restaurant with elegant service and staff that are only too happy to chat and give advice on the cuisine. The surroundings are extremely relaxing and very scenic, with waterfront views overlooking East Circular Quay.

The big thing I noticed about Q Dining is that it was not in any way a tourist trap. No loud folk carrying their shopping bags and cameras around making a fuss (except me of course). The ambiance was refined yet casual. The perfect place for sundowners and dinner.

You will also find the dining room surroundings and décor (some even made by the chefs wife) to be impressive with a light and modern contemporary design. Check out the open plan charcuterie which showcases an array of delicious meats sourced from NSW farms, such as Salami from Salumi Australia (located in Byron Bay) and a porchini salami that was to die for.

This scallop dish was simply divine with its lush buttery taste. Perfectly crisp and golden, the salty pork hock on top was the perfect contrast to the richness of the scallop.

The Black angus tenderloin is also extremely mouthwatering and served with aubergine, mustard leaf, mushroom ketchup. Cooked to perfection, these generous slabs of beef adorned the plate like a meaty ring of goodness.

This chocolate parfait was deceivingly rich but light as air. The perfect flavour combo, the tartness of the raspberries bring a much loved freshness to this mouthwatering dish.

The Buttermilk panna cotta with blueberry eton mess is carefully blended to produce a lovely dessert that is light and sweet. For a memorable dining experience, it is highly recommended that you check out Q Dining and its amazing selection of dishes. Whether as a couple or for a group outing this will be a memorable experience that you are sure to tell your friends about.
