Chefs Gallery provide modern Chinese food in a beautifully adorned restaurant filled with contemporary Chinese art work. A dining experience intended to stimulate all the senses.

The Macanese style sliders filled with pork fillet, pork floss, lettuce and sweet chilli mayo is a must order. Absolutely delicious and the perfect starter.

The pot stickers, specifically the prawn ones, are probably the best we’ve had just about anywhere. Very large and meaty filled with an abundance of prawns. Extremely great value too given the portion size.

When you can’t decide on wontons or noodles, why not have both!? The prawn and pork wontons with handmade noodles are served with minced chicken and lettuce in a Shanghainese style spicy sauce. So delicious!

A Chinese meal is not complete without steamed BBQ pork buns. These are served hot from the steaming basket and extremely soft and fluffy on the outside and deliciously rich on the inside. BBQ pork buns really are the best way to wrap up a great Chinese meal.

We then wrapped up with one of Chef Gallery’s most famed desserts, the cute steamed sesame ‘piggy face’ bun. They also have an egg custard version as well.

Perfectly steamed buns that are soft and fluffy with a delicious hot sesame filling. A slightly sweet and a little savoury, it’s the perfect dessert for kids and adults alike.

Chefs Gallery are dishing out delicious modern Chinese food in the all too convenient location of Macquarie Centre. Next time you’re looking for a Chinese feast whilst doing a spot of shopping, then pop down to Macquarie Centre.
