Coffee Trader’s is a great little casual cafe for a tasty breakfast or brunch meal. Unlike many cafes, Coffee Trader’s also has a bar too, so if you’re feeling it, you can always order a cheeky drink.
The portions are very generous and priced very well. They have quite a big menu giving you a lot of options to pick from and you really can’t complain there. The venue itself is nice and spacious and I guess it’s that way for the bar night scene. The service was friendly and they these awesome marble tables – which are super good for food photos. Woohoo!
I must say, this breakfast for two dish, I had all to myself. And it was glorious. Bacon, hashbrown, mushrooms, beans and more bacon! A great dish to customize with basically whatever you want. Pick, choose and dive in!
The Trad3rs Classic Waffle
The waffle was done amazingly well with the chocolate not too overpowering. Everything was balanced, simple, perfect. A classic done right.
This omelette was delightfully fluffy and perfectly cooked making it simple and silky. Everything here is done excellently. No bells and whistles, nothing too flash, just good food done simple and done well.
While the flash may be on the down low with the food, the drinks are the highlight with this 3D-Coffee Art Hot Chocolate. I’ve been looking everywhere for a cafe in Sydney that does this. It’s just too irresistible not to order this!
Overall, Coffee Trader’s is a great option for a simple breakfast or brunch. With a vast menu, there’s definitely something for everyone and if that’s not enough to get you to come, well, have a look at that 3D coffee art!
