Goodtime Burgers, a funky little eatery located inside the Eastern Hotel in Westfield, Bondi Junction. The burgers are promised to be made with fresh quality meat and a whole lot of mouthwatering additions.
The Wing Man $13
Southern fried buttermilk chicken with melted American cheese, porky pig bacon, kale slaw and Carolina Gold. I loved this burger and everything that was in it. The chicken was golden and crunchy and absolutely amazing with the smoky bacon.
What a burger! Master stock glazed pork belly with kimchi slaw, coriander, Japanese mayo and Gouchujang hot sauce. Everything was beautifully soft and tender with a nice contrast from the fresh crunchy slaw.
Man vs Burger $28
This 1 kg burger is the wow-factor of this place. Look at all those grass fed beef patties soaked with lots and lots of cheese. It’s made like the original GoodTime Burger’s signature called ‘The Good Ol’ Time ($11)’. Packed full of tomato, lettuce, pickle, chutney and aioli. Just everything you would expect from a normal burger but then they add 5 times the beef!
If you can finish it all in 8 minutes or less you literally don’t have to pay for it, and your name will be written on the GTB Wall of Fame! #famous
All burgers can be customized with patties cooked medium unless requested otherwise. In spite of the aforementioned Man vs Burger, GoodTime Burgers also sell a whole range of burgers and mains including a delicious Rump Steak and a mean Chicken Schnitty and salad.
