A delicious and refreshing combination of Aperol, Pinot Grigio and soda, this was the perfect drop to quench our thirst on this hot summers day.
SUGAR CURED KINGFISH TIRADITO $19
A light and tangy starter to really get our juices flowing. The kingfish was incredibly fresh, accompanied by ruby grapefruit segments, jalapeño, and soaking in a zingy lime & ginger dressing. To add a nice kick and quite frankly a bit of a surprise, a light dash of habanero oil keeps thing very interesting.
HAY VALLEY LAMB SHORT RIBS $7ea
Don’t let the insatiably golden crunchy outer layer fool you, what lies beneath these morsels is tender juicy meat that’s cooked to perfection. Dipped in a creamy chickpea puree with a squeeze of lime, you too will find yourself leaving very clean bones on the plate.
OYSTERS 1/2 doz $25
Lazy weekends in bondi and fresh oysters go oh-so-well! These oysters were some excellent bites.
BUTTER MILK FRIED CHICKEN
Finger lickin’ good (please dont sue me) is the best way I can describe these delicious hunks of tender juicy chicken. The satisfaction when you bite in and hear the crunch is what dreams are made of. Dip it in the chipotle mayo and you’re winning!
CHEESE BURGER $15.5
What a beautiful thing a cheeseburger can be. So delightful with its melted Monterey Jack, tangy pickles, spanish onion, tomato relish and hot mustard.
This was very easy to eat with a soft milk bun encasing a steaming hot beef pattie that almost melts in your mouth.
SEARED ALBACORE TUNA LOIN $28
Generous chunks of freshly seared tuna that’s perfectly flaky and flavoured with a sweet potato and coconut puree, coriander & lime oil, then covered in toasted coconut chips.
ROASTED SPLIT QLD PRAWNS $19.5
Last but definitely not least were these heavenly roasted prawns. These babies came right off the grill filling the room with their mouth watering aroma. The meat was tender and almost had a creamy texture. With a simple squeeze of lemon these babies literally leapt off the plate and into our mouth!

Being the middle of a hot summers day, we picked the dry and crisp Riesling which matched perfectly with our meals.
All in all, a fantastic meal that definitely deserves a return visit. The Hill is a great place for any occasion breakfast, lunch or dinner.
