Recipe: Espresso di Manfredi Martini Cappuccino


Espresso di Manfredi is the meeting of minds between Stefano Manfredi and master blender Wayne Archer. At first sip you’ll discover intense flavour profiles, with beans sourced from the world’s best coffee terrain.



45mls (Belvedere) Vodka
15mls Coffee Liqueur (such as Kahlua)
40mls Espresso shot of Espresso di Manfredi
10mls Vanilla Sugar Syrup


Shake vigorously and strain into a Martini glass.

Dust one half of the Martini in 70% Cocoa chocolate and place three coffee beans on the foam.

AUDACIA – A blend of Sumatra, East African, South American and Asian arabicas. Sweet pungent aromas of aromatic wood spices, molasses and raisins. A strong yet refined coffee.
