A delicious and fresh breakfast option. The crunch from the kale really complimented the rich creaminess of the perfectly poached eggs. I particularly liked the lemony tang from the creamy sauce smothering the salad.
Kale Salad with Poached Eggs
We very much enjoyed this. Like a sweet and savory breakfast porridge. The sweet bursts of flavour from the creamed corn mixing with the delightful chewiness from the fregola was a winning combo.
Fregola, Creamed Corn and Poached Egg
Errrrrmmmmaaagaawwwd! Chicken and Waffles. 3 words that can make any mouth water. I didn’t know where to start with this one. The gloriously crispy chicken or the insatiably fluffy waffles. I ended up just hacking into all of it and smothering it in more of the sweet and spicy sauce.
Chicken and Waffles
A lovely ‘little’ treat that was quite unique. The chocolate and pink salt mixture was on point and the cookie itself was just as it should be; crumbly, chewy and moreish.
Chocolate chip and Pink Salt Cookie
Easily one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. The pastry surrounding the strudel was so buttery and smooth. Even better was the soft spiced apple filling that was steaming hot and delicious with the cool creme fraiche.
