Ippudo Central Park

Ippudo is fast becoming Sydney’s favourite ramen eatery with it’s delicious and traditional tonkotsu delights. We visited the bustling Ippudo Central Park location for a belly filling winter warmer.

Pork Bun $4 each

These pork belly boa’s were mouth-wateringly good. The pork was super tender and marinated in a sticky, sweet and spicy sauce. The lettuce added a pleasant fresh crunch, contrasting the fluffy bun.

Akamaru Shinaji $16

A gloriously hot tonkotsu broth enhanced with special blended miso paste and fragrant garlic oil. Served with thin noodles, tender pork belly and black mushroom and shallots. This modern-style ramen was brimming with delicious umami flavour.

Shiromaru Motoaja $15

The original tonkotsu broth that has made Ippudo so famous, this steaming bowl is served with thin noodles, pork loin, bean sprouts, black mushroom & shallots. A truly classic Hakata-style ramen.

As always, we had a wonderful meal at Ippudo and left with a full belly and smiling faces.
