The picturesque Botanic Gardens Restaurant is an enchanting venue in the stunning Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney. Prized as one of Sydney’s best wedding and function locations with unforgettable and stunning views.
Each month, the Botanic Gardens Restaurant will be running a Produce to Plate experience crafted around a single, seasonal, local ingredient. Dinners will be held on the last Thursday of every month at 6pm and will give diners a look into the Botanic Gardens Restaurant philsophy of sourcing produce locally where possible, even using ingredients grown in the Botanic Gardens. On the night, guests will be treated to a delicious four course dinner, with matching wines, while the Chef talks you through the ingredients used to create each dish.

carpaccio of kingfish, shaved fennel, plum, pomegranate, dill
with Tyrrell’s Moon Mountain Chardonnay
smoked & braised lamb breast, chickpea, preserved lemon and pomegranate salad
with Tyrrell’s Brokenback Shiraz
heirloom tomato, red pepper, oregano salad with pomegranate molasses dressing
pomegranate, puffed rice, malt meringue cereal with caramelised white chocolate, coconut and sheep’s milk yogurt
with Tyrrell’s Aged Liquor Verdelho

Adults can book the Produce to Plate dinner for $95.00 per head, for four courses with matching wines. Guests booking a table of ten will receive a 10% saving. Guests booking two or more monthly dinner experiences will receive a 10% saving off all the Produce to Plate dinner events.
