Delicious little bite size delights. The outside was crispy fried, while the inside was full of juicy prawn filling.
Silken Tofu, Century Egg and Caramelised Soy
I’ve never been game enough to try a century egg, so its safe to say I had no idea what I was eating when I devoured this spoonful. Luckily I really enjoyed this little combo. The pork floss on top giving a nice salty flavour to the tofu.
Thick succulent slices of tender duck. What more could a person want? (other than a pancake and hoisin sauce to wrap it in).
Chilli Soft Shell Crab
When they say traditional Chinese they mean traditional. And that means spice. Lots of it. This firery delight was altogether crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. A tasty little morsel.
